With nearly 40 years of residential real estate development and construction experience, Greg Kamedulski has overseen the marketing, sales, construction of 6000+ housing units during his career. 

He retired from Toll Brothers in 2017 after 25 years as the President of the New England Division. He now works independently on ground-up residential and mixed-use development opportunities as both a principal and a consultant.

Greg holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Tzvi Miller

Tzvi Miller is CEO of the One70 Group, a general construction company based in New York City. 

The One70 Group does Design - Build construction projects in the Tri-State area and over the past 5 years since its inception, has completed over 200M in construction projects.
